HR-EXPERTS: MAGICAL POWER OF EFFICIENCY

From February 29 till March 1, Digital October hosted the 5th annual conference on management and staff development, held by Training Institute – ARB Pro group of companies.

HR professionals from Sberbank, Danone-Unimilk, OBI Russia, Wrigley and other major Russian and international companies took part in the conference. They gave speeches on modern methods of personnel evaluation and development, corporate training, working with the personal characteristics of employees.

The conference program included open discussions, sections and workshops. Participants had the opportunity to learn:

• What is happening with the corporative culture during mergers and acquisitions?
• How to make company innovative and ensure the creation of new products and processes?
• How to preserve health and zest for life in the fast pace of work; how to deal with stress; what are the methods of keeping a balance between work and life?
• What does a modern metropolis resident look like? The “Millennials” (“Generation Y”) – who are they, and is it possible to find them outside of the major Russian cities?
